Assante Connect’s management fee will be inclusive of the following additional costs incurred by the account:

• Custodial fees
• Trading fees
• Annual account administration fees
• Registration fees for registered accounts 
• Deregistration fees for registered accounts 

Note that Assante Connect’s management fee does not include fees associated with account closure or transfers out of the relinquishing institution. 

For transfers over $25,000, we offer refunds for fees up to $150 (does not apply to sales charges). To apply, just send a statement showing the charge to [email protected] and the refund will be credited to the client's Assante Connect account.

Assante Connect charges your client an annual fee equal to 0.40% of assets under Assante Connect Investment Management Fee. Management Fees will be calculated and accrued on a daily basis and will be debited monthly, plus applicable taxes in the client's jurisdiction, from their account.

Assante Connect fees are redeemed in the following way:

• Redemption of units may occur to rebalance and provide cash for fees.
• Fees are taken from cash in accounts first, then holdings are sold.
• Distributions are reinvested. However, we hold back a buffer to pay fees.
